SHIPPING DURING COVID-19: Due to many of our makers and manufactures having to down size their teams, ALL made to order items may ship between 18-20 business days. We appreciate your patience during such a sensitive time.

Just a little LOVE NOTE: As a brand we do our best to be thoughtful about how much we consume, because of this we offer very limited quantities in each curated collection of apparel, home good, and accessories. What does that mean for you? Gather your coins and buy your favorite goods as soon as you see them on our site because we often sell through quickly!

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the date you purchase your items. The 2 to 5 day shipping does Not apply when you are purchasing any items that are Made To Order. Made To Order items ship up to 12 business days from your date of purchase.

We do not ship on Sundays or Federal US Holidays. Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with a tracking number. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order is returned to us because of the error return shipping will be paid by the customer. Souk Bohemian is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Customer may file a claim with the post office for goods. Let us know if you need your items ASAP, as we can arrange Express or Overnight shipping for an additional charge. Please email Morgan@TheBohemianBrands.com for expedited shipping.

International Orders:
For our amazing International Orders, please allow additional time to process and receive your purchase(s). Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail with a tracking number, when applicable based on country of delivery. All duty taxes, fees, and any declaration of value fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
Souk Bohemian is not responsible for any orders that are lost, damaged or stolen via transit in the mail. You can file a claim with the shipping company.

Exchanges:

Because a lot of these pieces are one of kind, hand picked and probably traveled very very far we are not able to take any returns at the moment. What we can do is offer an exchange. We will absolutely accept exchanges on most items in original condition within 10 days of receipt. Please note return shipping is paid by the customer. To make a exchange, send an email to Morgan@TheBohemianBrands.com, and we will reach out to you to begin the return process. Once your items are received, reviewed and appear to be in original condition we will either send out your new item, or issue a store credit in the amount of your original purchase (shipping fees not included) toward a future purchase. At this time we are not able to offer monetary refunds.
