For best results put 5-7 drops of oil without water in the top of the burner and light an 8 tea light at base of the the burner.
To get a softer scent for the home place 3-5 drops of the oil together with some water into the top of an oil burner until it's 1/2-3/4 of the way full. Place the burner in a safe location, away from children, pets, or burning hazards. Light the tea light candle at the base of the burner.
